SERVICES

Before you install a grab bar or begin a remodel, start with a clear plan.

We identify accessibility and functional design needs before plans are drawn, helping prevent costly revisions and create a home that supports you now and as life changes.

HOME ASSESSMENTS

We begin with how you live. During an in-home assessment, we discuss your goals, routines, concerns, and future plans, then evaluate how your home supports safety, mobility, comfort, and independence.

You receive a practical roadmap with:

  • Prioritized recommendations

  • Photos and key measurements

  • Contractor-ready guidance

  • Equipment and product options

  • Immediate and long-term solutions

  • Planning-level cost ranges

  • Trusted referrals and resources

Virtual consultations and two levels of in-home assessment are available.

DESIGN PLANNING

We translate health, mobility, and equipment needs into clear design priorities your contractor can price and your design team can build from.

Services may include layout options, accessibility specifications, material guidance, floor plan review, annotated images, and phased solutions that anticipate changing needs. When permit-ready drawings are required, we coordinate with the appropriate design professionals.

PROJECT COORDINATION

We help keep accessibility priorities aligned throughout design, remodeling, and equipment installation.

As your homeowner representative and accessibility consultant, we review plans, clarify functional requirements, collaborate with contractors and designers, and help you understand options and tradeoffs before they become costly mistakes.

We do not perform or supervise construction. Our role is to keep your safety, dignity, function, and long-term goals at the center of every decision.

EQUIPMENT SOURCING

We help identify equipment that fits your body, home, goals, and budget. Recommendations may include grab bars, bathing and toileting supports, ramps, stair lifts, ceiling lifts, platform lifts, transfer equipment, elevators, and smart-home technology.

We can also compare options, confirm fit and clearances, and coordinate with trusted vendors or installers.
